I dont know if this is already a thread, but I think we should put together a bunch of tips/songs/moto that you use in order to boost that confidence up. Ultimately it is the most powerful a man can possess. I give you mine, take a deep breath and say ''everything gonna be fine'' while exhaling. Or I listen to 'Future Sex Love Sounds', it helps me to feel sexy. Works for me. Lets help the community guys.

I find that the RSD's confidence tips help. If you need a song, "Hold on I'm Coming" Does wonders. Not masturbating really increases your drive as well. |

Yes thats true. And I find getting the appropriate amount of sleep really helpful as well. I have great days when I get a good 7 hours of sleep.

Yep, nofap, a good amount of sleep. Being extremely hopeful about the future is a key to high confidence. |
