Do you guys ever get worried that you might get called out for Sexual Harassment?

Since we tend to go for the kiss without asking, "Can i kiss you." and other things.

No. When you get experience at this, you can tell when girls want kiss you.

You make it sound like we are doing it against their will or something.

p.s. I don't think i have ever asked a girl verbally if she wants to kiss. I just go for it when I know I can get it.

It's not....

First of all, sexual harassment is a term used in the context of a work place. Second, if you are suggesting what you are doing would become a legal issue, then it would usually fall under sexual assault. I'm not sure if anyone in the history of pick up has ever been arrested for sexual assault just for kissing a girl, but I suppose there's somebody out there who could find a way to do it.

Escilate until she resists. Then pause.

No police report reads a girl complaining, he tried to kiss me and I turned my head. The worst I ever got was "don't touch me!"

To get really deep into it...

It just sounds you are avoiding pulling the trigger because that is what you fear the most so you're exaggerating the whole thing and setting up barriers to sabotage yourself.

Oh my bad! I'm didn't mean to come off like that! I was just curious what you guys thought. And i'm only curious because that whole "Sam Pepper" thing blew up and now SimplePickUp may be getting into trouble.

Ahahaha i know right.

I know i shouldn't be worried, but i just saw this video, "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TD2EooMhqRI" and she's also the girl that's going after Sam Pepper and SimplePickUp etc.

So after watching that, it kinda worried me a bit, idk, i'm most likely acting a pit paranoid huh?

The time it took to make this thread could of been time used to approach at least 1/2 girls that you could be kissing right now. (Police free)

This is not an issue you should be that concerned about with a kiss .. it is an issue that comes into play more with LMR etc. I am not ever concerned I am doing anything illegal, but am I concerned that if I sleep with a girl and don't call her she will get pissed and maybe try to accuse me of something? Yes, it's a risk, but I am careful to not venture into any grey areas as best as possible.

As someone else said here, typically, sexual harassment is usually something limited to a workplace. If anything, assault or rape is what you may be describing, and as others have pointed out, you usually know if it's a green light through escalation.

On the other hand, I have read and seen that there's currently a policy being mandated on college campuses in California called "Yes Means Yes". From the sound of it, if a woman doesn't verbally say "Yes" to sex, it can be considered rape. I understand if she's passed out and you started doing it without her consent, that can be considered rape, but if she's sober, you're usually given the go ahead non-verbally.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, it can be considered rape if you have drunk sex because she's not able to make a completely conscious decision in that state.

This is getting ridiculous...
