What is "this stuff"? As I see it, most of the "stuff" (e.g. Mystery Method and such) is directed towards young (as in inexperienced) and insecure people, giving them tips on how to avoid the most common mistakes people do. Such mistakes are, for instance: 1. Don't be needy (followed by a half a dozen techniques to avoid looking needy) 2. Don't be negative, be positive (also followed by appropriate techniques) 3. Don't think about what you can gain ("what's in it for me?"). Instead, think about what you can give others, offering value. (More techniques here). 4. etc etc... And since the best way to learn this "stuff" is to always think about it "backwards" so to speak (how would I feel and/or react if someone did this to me), I would say yes, it works on guys too. |
