It really isnt as simple as that, there is a whole lot of factors you have to take into account. In my opinion to be direct in daygame you have to already be attractive, or she wont talk to you. Many would have you believe that confidence in what you say will get you through, but no. Imagine an ugly girl approaching you in the street and saying 'hey, i think youre cute'. you'd just be like 'thanks...see ya later'. And furthermore you need somewhere to go afterwards, otherwise you'll grind to a halt immediately. "Hey, i thought you were cute so I just wanted to come say hi" "oh, thank you!" "So um...uh... What you up to?" That just sucks. So if youre gonna go direct be ready to transition to something to get a conversation going. Indirect is a lot slower but obviously a lot safer, but you have to direct the interaction to where you want it to go, dont just get stuck in small talk, coz once youve asked "whats your name?" "what do you do?" "Where are you from" etc. there's nowhere to go. Really you've asked a huge question which probably cant be answered in one thread so my advice would be to take the time to research daygame, there is tons and tons of stuff out there. Then youve got to find out what works for you personally. To be honest, like a lot of things in pua theres no right or wrong, black or white. Like, I know exactly what to say for direct approach, but I dont have the inner game and confidence to pull it off, so I stay away from it. Its gonna take a lot of trial and error, and plowing through it. |

A good seducer knows how to mix it up with a little bit of both. While you're out approaching you will be saying all sorts of things when you get going. Some of them will be direct others indirect. Its all a reflection of the mood you are feeling in that moment. I tend to lean more toward direct approaches to get started. They get me more pumped. But once I'm going i usually mix it up. It honestly doesn't matter when you're on fire. Girls are going to go for whatever you say at that point. |

my opinion is if you have low self confidence go with indirect this sound like classic advice but depends if i want to safe time and have things to do i wil go direct. |

I agree with everything above. I'd add my own experience has been that you're verbal approach should match your physical approach. Stopping a girl in the street in classic fashion, like a Yad stop or something, is very direct. To go into an indirect opener is weird. I've done it and got blown out instantly. On the other hand, if your physical approach is very indirect then use an indirect verbal opener. Although I've found going verbally direct in an indirect physical approach gets blown out less than the opposite. Like with a girl serving you in a shop or something. I'd definitely agree that the more physical advantages you've got then the easier it is to make direct openers work. The way you're dressed is a major factor, I think people naturally look at you as a whole and then zoom in on details like facial features, etc. Obviously, this is a generalisation. Commonsense and calibration are essential. |
