all ways I was really bad with girls but I slept with a few of them. now I cant sleep with no women and after I started pick it got even worse and know all the women run away from me, and I have a strong Russian accent. I don't know what to do I want to kill my self coz I fucking love women and I don't know who can help me. coz I do need a coach that can help me with that. |

If women are your problem, PUA is the solution. If you are actually getting LESS women now, you are doing something wrong. And in order to be able to help you, we would need a particular problem, not some general whining about how much your life sucks. Have you read the intro to PUA post? Read the game? I mean, that is like, essential, man! And if what you want is a coach... Well, I consider it to be a bit of a rip off, specially with all the free resources readily available to aspiring PUAs nowadays... But do your thing. |

I trying to learn pua 2 years already and nothing works for me I'm going out and watching videos every single day. And I'm at the same point. |

Why do you think you got worse? Happened to me too. I find it like learning music properly as opposed to dabbling at it. You need to practice and practice from the beginning, finding mastery at each little step, then mastering the next. My guess why girls run away is because you have more guts to approach or look with intent, but lack the skills and confidence to follow through. Start talking to girls to whom you are confident more. |

Don't intellectualise yourself to death either. There is a temptation to read and watch and learn everything. Close the books, switch off the videos and go back to basics. Maybe consider some therapy too. |
