I was dumped in june, My girl met someone else and things were pretty bad in our relationship so I got replaced. We had a shared account on the bank for our marriage plans and stuff. I had to go to the bank because she lost the cards and I bought a replicate. I dont know how to approach woman now, it seems kinda hard for me. Went to the bank and this girl attendend me. I was straight forward and in a serious-funny tone I said "Heres the thing, my ex dumped me and we had this shared account... and as you can imagine... I want my money!" She laughed and then asked for my name. She verified the data and read "ok so it says you had this account with (ex complete name)". I replied with "yeah, thanks for calling her name" and laughed and she followed me. When we finished I told her "bet you dont listen to that often" and she said "haha no not really". I know it might seem stupid and ridiculous to feel good for something like this but after that moment I kinda realized that I had a fluent conversation, and that she might even felt comfortable. Im interested in if thats the way im supposed to talk "sincere, funny and confident" ? what do you think? |

Well I hope you got your money, at least, and that your ex didn't take it. It's good you're starting to see past your ex. Though it sounds like you've got a ways to go... You waited 2 months before getting your money out of a joint account you shared with a woman who left you for another guy... you don't exactly sound "past" your old relationship yet. Before you worry about logistics of talking to girls, work on yourself and make sure you're ready to jump into things. Join a gym... get in shape. Eat well... Take up hobbies. Volunteer. Meet new people and be comfortable with yourself. |

When I found out that she slept with the guy recently i done everything as fast as possible to get my things back, theres 2 discs in her house but shes on another country SPAM so its ok. i dont know how I would get my discs tho |

Congrats on jumping back in the water! Good job. Maybe it does seem like a simple encounter, BUT it's one step closer!what do you think? Your short answer is... YES. You found out, fear of rejection is your worst enemy. Yet it usually just doesn't happen. The fact is, a beautiful woman won’t scream and run away from you. She won’t point you out to her friends and coworkers and laugh. She won’t turn into a monster from hell and cut you down. So keep it up! Stop worrying about it, and don't let fear of rejection ruin your chances before you even try. |
