I don't know her so well but I have talked to her a few times :).
I poked her on facebook. After she poked me back I wrote to her:
Me: Stop poking me so hard!!
Her: no, it's cool
Me: I can already tell you now.... YOUR TROUBLE!!!!
Her: I have candy, so it doesn't matter
Me: om nom. I am luring girls to my house with candy, which do you prefer Skittles or M&M's? ;)
Her: I bet you would like to know that.

So my question is what shall my next reply be?
And did I do it well or am I sounding needy/clumsy? :)

I like the playfulness, but at the end it became kind of childish. I guess to come back I'd say "fine, you get carrots, then." and hope she responds to you pushing her away...but yeah, the convo kind of died at the end, friend. A lesson learned :)

I wouldnt say it really died lol, it just wasnt going great at the end, but it didn't die. I'd have said something crappy like "yea... so I can get you the opposite just to piss you off ;)...." *insert subject change or end conversation until later*

OP you let her take complete control and lead the conversation. Not only that but every single one of your messages feels like generic bullshit and nothing special. How can you expect her to be interested if you're the same as every other douchebag who messages her this appalling shit.

When you interact with a girl you need to be the one that is a challenge and she needs to be the one thinking what to say to you. Literally to her all of your responses scream "OH GOD PLEASE TALK TO ME MORE!!!"

I think every reply here is over-analysing the situation lol. Not every single fucking conversation has to be a certain way, a certain mood, a specific vibe. Heaven forbid any of you actually get married or anything. Obviously he never got her wet or anything, but he never got ignored.

Sorry man but I don't think anyone here is overanalysing. Yes you can and SHOULD have normal conversations with a girl you want to get with...but what the OP had WASN'T A CONVERSATION. All of her responses sound like she's just bored and either

A) doesn't want to talk to the OP.
B) Is only responding to him to humour herself or not be rude.

To the OP: Just have a normal conversation and be yourself. Don't use canned, generic sentences like "I can already tell you now.... YOUR TROUBLE!!!"

The perfect combination is

Being yourself (unique) + flirtatious + a hint of sarcasm.

Thank you so much guys for all your replies I really appreciate your help and for you are taking me so serious! I agree with you that it doesn't look like in our conversation that she is into me, and that made me a little bit sad, but then today 4 days after our conversation, she wrote to me! :)

me:
Sorry, I only got m&m's.
her:
that's fine, I'm ready now.
her (again):
Go buy skittles, then I will be ready.
Me:
That's a deal! When I have lured you to my house with skittles, what music should I put on, psychedelic rock or heavy metal?
her: Heavy metal thanks!
her: when will you have the skittles ready?

And I haven't replied to her yet, I don't know why, I might just be to shy...

If she waited four days and randomly told you she likes skittles, you don't need to be bantering with her, you need to be inviting her to your place. This girl is REALLY into you to do that.
