How do you reframe this so that it is under your conditions and at your control? I have an ex, we go to university together so same nights out etc. She always seems to be the one to verbally ask to bang however how can i reframe this so i am in power and the alpha male in this situation? |

I'm trying to read this from your perspective and I think I know what you mean. Just fuck her and you will be in power. The moment a female has sex with a male is the moment she invests too much in him. She'll be over-invested in you, thus giving you more power over her. Problem solved. |

I apologise if it was misunderstood through my wording... What i meant was each time i escalate and bang her, she always seems to have the satisfaction that it was under her command because she had asked first. |

It all depends on what frame you're in. It all depends on the reality of what things are. Is she coming back to you for sex because you are her desired commodity? Or out of convenience? Are you enjoying it as much as she is? Remember this: Never buy into a frame for sex. Sex is the short term gratification and women know this. But losing the frame can have long lasting negative repercussions on a man. |

It's this exact thinking that leads guys to blow up dates and potential lays because they have read somewhere on this forum, or in other PUA material, that they need to remain alpha no matter what. There are countless threads on here about guys dumping perfectly good women because of a ridiculous display of 'disrespect' that they've read somewhere shouldn't be tolerated. If someone's offering you a shortcut to your goal (sex), you take it. Period. You also need to lighten up on the alpha shit. Use it when it makes sense. |

The only thing you need to worry about if a girl asks you for sex is don't look like a happy little puppy that's never had sex before, or don't act super surprised and shocked like it's never happened before. You shouldn't be worried about controlling the frame other than that imo. |

I have one more thing to add. This delusion that you should be alpha in relation to her... Do you even know what it means to be alpha!? An alpha male is the strongest male in a group. That means there can only be one alpha male in each group. And since you are the only man in your group of two people, you can forget about that alpha-bullshit altogether. It only matters in relation to other MEN! |
