Hey guys, So i just had my first date in quite a while. We met through Tinder. Of course this is not the usual PUA way but I figured any experience with women gives me a good chance to apply some PUA tactics. Turns out I was mostly acting it natural, being myself but just looking for the signs. Also was able to make her glow with compliments (didn't give her too much or too obvious) and had a fairly good amount of kino too which she seemed to enjoy. The date lasted perhaps 1 hour and 50 minutes so it was rather on the short side. We had a good thing going, fun time but when I tried to kiss her she gently turned her head so that i kissed her cheek. But all was good, it didn't feel awkward and we made a new appointment for a 2nd date. Not sure exactly why i'm making this topic right now, perhaps I could use some more pointers on how to make sure the second date will fare better. Bare in mind i'm not looking for a serious relationship but it's been a while since i've been dating is all. I guess i'm just looking for things to do to be able to escalate a bit further than a pathetic kiss on the cheek haha. Thanks for reading guys, have a good one! J. |

No worries man, you did good by going for the kiss on the first date. Some guys fail to realize that if you don't go for it, she won't know you're serious with your intent and have confidence. I've had a girl "reject" me 2 times when I went in for the kiss in a nightclub because she said, "I don't kiss random people I just met." The next time I went for it, we kissed. Continue to game her normally and escalate and go for the full close the next time you see her. |

Thanks man. When I look back there really isn't all that much I could've done differently. And yes, atleast she knows my intent now.. |

Just keep going for the kiss man. I went on a date last night and had to make 8 kiss attempts before she didn't turn her head and let me have it. Its a display of confidence when you take that action. And confidence causes women to be more attracted to you. I have an article called " The Power In A Proper Compliment" on my blog, you may want to check that out. There are some great pointers in there. All in all, it sounds like a great first date with a woman who has a some self love. Go into the next one with the same "ready to take on the world" attitude and everything will pan out smoothly. Wise words. Also, escalate early and often. The date should start off with a hug. That sets the bar, and then it's a lot easier to reach the kiss (and then some...)
