So, I work in a bar and was having a chat with a girl Im into and was explaining how Myself and her bestfriend get tips,
in that when they go into the restaurant her friend flirts with the guys and I flirt with the girls when they are in the bar after dinner.
The girl said that I never flirt with her, which I obviously do do(didnt say this, just made a joke of it), is this her way of wanting me to go harder for her?

I'm confused. Arent you supposed to not chase a girl? Construct the situation which will have her chasing you? Any time I chase is the time when things dont work.

Actually, she's saying that she's interested and wondering why you haven't done anything about it. She's not trying to get you to chase her, she's telling you to make a move.

As guys we are pursuers, we make things happen. For women the script is to set the boundaries so she doesn't feel slutty (if she did she'd be met with the scorn of society). It's all social conditioning, well mostly. Women want to be pursued, for them it's a HUGE DHV a guy they like pursuing them it makes them feel sexy and wanted.

Chasing is another thing altogether and is associated with pedistalizing a girl (they don't want you doing this unless she's a gold digger and only out for an exchange of goods for sex/feminine energy).

So, you pursue a woman, let her know you're interested through your actions.

Just a quick follow up question, She was bringing a couple of drinks down to the table to her friend the following night and said she was being a role playing as a waitress, then she asked me did I ever role play. I feel Im reading the signals correct, Im just being really oblivious?!

She's clearly flirting with you. Again, I strongly suggest hooking up with her on a night your not at the bar or having a drink with her after the bar closes then go to your place or going to an after party. It's the details that matter at that point, which I don't know in completion.
