Ok I was the worst at Approaching women, I now believe i have the confident to start approaching women I don't even know. I say baby steps, just getting comfortable around women to just talk to them is my only goal right now. This is my plan, I thought going to a chill environment like Starbucks or a libraries[ if you can name some more places off that would be excellent] I have written on some cards a few questions I have only a few so far[if you have some good questions i should ask that would be great].

My approach is 'excuse me, Hey my name is Ryan whats your name? name is bla bla. nice to meet you bla bla, do you have a few mins to answer a few questions? this is for my psychology class, im doing a study on how would a guy be able to get you on a date and show he is not a bad guy.' *or something like*

Questions are:
1. what is your marital status?
2.What are you looking for in a gentlemen that you find to be a perfect for you?
3.Have you ever had a guy approach you and didn't know you and ask to get your number? how was your experience good and bad?
4. Would you prefer texting or calling to ask you out on a date?
5.What are some good/ bad thing that will turn you off from actually going on a date with a guy?
6. What type of first date would you like? any good/bad experiences have you had?
7. what would a guy do on the first date to show you hes a good suiter for yourself?

Those are all i got so far. Any more question ya'll can think of would be great. This is the best i can think of for cold approaches so far. I think this is a huge step for me and I think this is the best option as of now.
Most likely i will not get a number from this move but im not now looking for numbers as of now just getting comfortable just talking with women. Any tips or advice would be helpful. Thank you.

I think you shouldn't hide your intentions behind the survey. Why not go over, say 'hi I wanted to come talk to' 'hi you look nice' blah blah and then talk about those things (in a non survey way)? You'll get better at spontaneous conversation

If you aren't doing an actual survey, then the idea is shit. Work on your inner game if you feel the need for excuses, not finding better excuses.

Your confidence is illusory as its predicated on asking incidental questions that conceal your true intentions. By virtue of approaching her in the first place, most women already know what you're up to so why hide it? The one's who aren't sure will either see you as a non-sexual threat (e.g., the nice guy), or weird. It's the man who makes bold moves that earns the admiration and respect of women. In addition, as Mark Manson states in his book Models, there's nothing more attractive to a woman than her feeling desired.

I don't call myself a pick up artist, but just based on my own research and experience some of those questions are you qualifying yourself to her. Like you're trying to find out so you can do what she likes to please her. Questions 4-7 is approval seeking. Ask her questions that QUALIFY HERSELF TO YOU such as besides your looks what else do you have going for yourself? I love a women that can cook, can you cook? Then if she says yeah you can even say don't worry after I eat I'll award you for your hard work with a massage. Heres a little sample. Then get off the chair or reposition yourself and give her a little rub or massage where ever you want....I got ahead of myself and gave you a whole lay out, but my point is, those questions SUCK.
