Saw a girl in the mall
Me: Are you wearing a wig or is that your real hair?
Her: Uhhhh. Thats my real hair (wtf face)

So.. what is my response and why? Normally you get a "haha it's my real hair" response from chicks, but from others I've gotten the "uhhh" line & wtf face a couple times. Thanks in advance.

Yeah know... An open like that can totally work if you have the game to deal with the blowback. Not then and there, but your problem is not the open but how to deal with the yuck face.

Negging is only necessary when you see yourself as beneath the girl. There is no need to knock someone down a peg that you're already higher than.

I give women compliments; and what it does is tell them " I'm above you" and I am trying to bring you up to my level. As opposed to "I'm trying to knock you down to my level.

Negs are like playing with Fire. It can work...or it can fail.

Calibration is where the problem exists IMO. You need to IOD essentially during delivery with Body Language. You also need playful delivery. Most of it is in facial expression.

Then you stack foreword. After a Neg you stack ahead in the interaction. You toss and go, so to speak.

That is the only real way I have used Negs to success.

No reason to open with a neg, but in that case you could have kind of act surprised and laughed and just mentioned that it look so pristine you thought it had to be a wig, then compliment her on her hair...

Something like that, practice with the buttering girls up if they need it, sometimes negs can be handy, but usually I don't personally waste my time with those girls and just move on to more receptive ones.

Everything wrapped up, and I ended up in jail for the night. I had court date a few weeks later. Long story short, apparently running game is now illegal in Miami.

You don't deserve any girls if you:

a) Open with a neg (especially during the day)

b) Bring nothing to the table but canned material

c) Choose to use a widely-publicised neg from The Game which was written a decade ago.

DHV and negging should not be taught in pickup in this day and age. It's 2014. As a community, we really should have evolved beyond the nerdy outcome-dependent blueprint Neil Strauss wrote about in his book. Even the guys mentioned in The Game don't neg or DHV anymore. And much of what is written in the book is embellished at best and fabricated at worst.

Playful sarcasm is different and as such should not be classified as negging. It's standard, socially lubricating banter.
