I'm new to this, and I'm don't react well if I'm not prepared, but this is happening constantly and it just makes me angry.

I was playing beach volleyball with some friends, and next to us there was a ang that was also playing, and this one girl(she was an 8) was checking me out, and I just ignored her at first, because we were playing and they were playing and it was difficult to do something. We smiled to each other a couple of times and that was it, we finished sooner and it all went down the drain. What should I've done? How could've I taken her number?

You could have easily said hey and made an even larger game out of it. Simple # close from there and you're on your way.

You'd walk up to her and say " Hey, what are you doing after this? " - If she's busy you say " Ok cool. I'll take you number and lets get together this week". If she says "nothing" - you say " Alright.. so lets hang on the beach; just us "

There has to come a point in which we stop thinking so much and take life into our own hands. The world is full of opportunities; and often times(like this time) the opportunities come knocking on our door; and for whatever reason, we don't even answer the door.

The girl did all the legwork by starring and smiling at you; all she needed for you to do was be a man.

I can someone understand men who are afraid to approach a girl that didn't even notice them; but theres no way on Gods green earth I can understand a man who is getting full blown signals from a woman that he's interested and he still does nothing. Its immature and childish.

Put you big boy pants on.
