Ok so guys basically I work with this girl and I feel like there is something there at times and other times I just feel like I'm so in the friend zone that theres no going back. She has multiple ex boyfriends in her life that come back from time to time. I know that she's not looking for anything serious right now which is fine because neither am I. I can't really talk to her I feel like after a while she just looses interest. I don't like complimenting her too much cuz I don't want to seem like a total creeper. But I feel lost at the moment.

Its so easy for a guy to say " just do this or that", but the problem is you have no idea how to execute anything of these things you're being told to do. If you knew how, you would of just done it already.

Now, the issue is you're attempting to bite off more than you can potentially chew at the level you are currently at socially. She's an attractive girl, she's had serval boyfriends, so on a social level she is higher than you. On a basic level you would have to practice and develop your social skills to the point where you're on a level similar to hers or higher. And the beauty of your mission is, you can do it 10x faster than she can. Women fear rejection way more than we do,.. You have the ability to go out and talk to 10 new people a day. After doing that for 10 days.. You would have spoke to 100 people at random.. That places you higher than her right there.

Guys tend to want things, but very few men are willing to do what it takes to get them.

If you had to play against Lebron James in basketball tomorrow, no one could give you advice on how to win tomorrow. You would have to work and develop your skills unto a level in which you can compete.. Then you could receive advice on how to sharper up that which you have already worked on.

So.. You want the girl, you have to go beyond her level socially, and you can do that in as little as 3 days. But do you really want her? Or is she just cute and it would be nice to have her in theory.
