My head has kind of been out of it lately. Although I finally realized where my sticking point is. It is in the approach. I get completely overwhelmed with approach anxiety before I even start. When a woman initiates the approach I am completely fine and can follow all the way through to the close which ever type it may be, k-close, number-close, f-close. I have succeeded with all 3, as long as she initiates the initial approach. I have done a lot of reflecting on this and figured out that is the area where I need to work on my confidence more. I am confident kissing and in bed, just not so much when it comes to initiating the approach. I know I need help in this area and am not sure what to do. I've spent the last year and a half since getting separated working on and improving myself, making a home that I feel comfortable in and am proud of. I have turned my career around, complete 180, from where I was going, recently got promoted and am now preparing to retire by the time I am 38. Now I just need to fix this one last area of my life... |

Approach anyway. That's it pal. lol. Eventually it gets so, so much easier. Reframe the physical feeling in your body that you are calling "AA" as "excitement". There is ZERO real danger to fear. You can be excited to talk to a girl in the same way we get excited to board a roller coaster. You are a thrill seeker, and the stress you feel when you see a girl is just your kind of "rush". Doing opens will help build your confidence. Just keep hammering away at it. PUA isn't easy, that's why it makes you awesome. |

Yes it definitely isn't easy, but its fun as hell once u get into it. The reason why it's fun is because its scary most of the time. Just start approaching; its fun trust me.
Doing opens will help build your confidence. Just keep hammering away at it. PUA isn't easy, that's why it makes you awesome. |
