Post subject:  At this point, how do I improve?

So I've been doing this stuff for a little over two years, and got really intensely into it between mid-2012 and early 2013.

I have an abundant mentality, I've dated girls far cuter than I could have possibly imagined three years ago, and I typically walk away if I don't feel I have enough respect (I did let one girl get to me for 3-4 months, I'm not perfect). I have multiple girls who are willing to fuck me at a moment's notice.

I have a decent (though not high) paying job, I live in one of the best cities in my state, and I do Crossfit three times a week to get into shape. I dress well.

But I still have problems building a big social circle, being funny and coming off as witty, and I typically have trouble with same night lays. I also want to get hotter women. I find it extremely hard to find a hot girl in a club, and seduce her that night. If I meet her on the street/coffee shop, it's very possible I might make something happen. But I'm short and relatively small (one of the reasons for starting to work out a lot more) and in a club environment I feel like I'm at a disadvantage. I think girls see me as great relationship material, but I don't always want that.

How do I improve more? How do I make my frame stronger? Usually it's pretty good, and I have an abundant mentality, but every now and again, I fuck up and get weak. I also have a chronic problem of not calling girls back or pursuing enough - probably because I'm scared of rejection. I killed those feelings once, but it seems harder to do that again.

How do I effectively keep myself at a higher level of functioning all the time, and prevent mistakes? I suppose I could say, "good enough, you're getting pretty cute girls", but I don't want to just stop there. I want to get the best of the best girls - hot, smart, ambitious and with plenty of options.

Sorry I can't answer your question RE women but if you want to get bigger don't do Crossfit, lift weights and get on a structured programme rather than doing random workouts of the day which end up being a big conditioning event.

I started with a programme called Starting Strength and it un-skinnied me very well
