Okay I've tried having sex with 3 girls now and each time has had the same problem: not knowing what to do, not enjoying it (no woman has ever made me come) and then losing the erection. this is very simple, its anxiety... you're anxious about having sex with a girl. the thing is if you jack off a lot your have an expectation that the feeling of being inside a girl is the same as your right (or left) hand. and obviously it isnt. the other thing is this your not going to be a massive stud the first few times you have sex, having sex in a sense takes practice the more you do it the better you get at it. the best thing you can do is this firstly and most importantly stop jacking off this will increase your sensitivity, do not watch ANY porn just stop entirely. and heres something as well the condoms you are using im guessing youre using extra thick ones or the 'extended pleasure' ones..... dont. try something like skyn or real feel. they arent made from latex they are thinner and feel closer to the real thing, but are stronger then latex so are safer. |

cut the masturbation for awhile and focus on the sex. I believe you need to just enjoy the experience without trying to be a sex god the first time around. Every girl is different so you won't get it right the first time. Just enjoy each other for the night being. |
