Gentleman:

I have a few other threads about this girl, in case you're wondering. Anyway:

Work colegue; friendzoned me; severe trust issues; I had some wrong aproaches in the past behaving like the jerks who betrayed her (rookie mistake of confusing alpha with arrogant); scored some points by being a gentleman and standing up for her when things got rough; make her laugh a lot; she is always around me; texts outside work on an almost daily basis; shows jealousy when I show interest on other girls; flakes when I try to meet her 1 on 1; Is either intersted and undecided or playing cat string.

Over the last three days she says she went out with a mutual friend who has a girl for me and a guy for her. I simply ignored her reference of "having a guy for her" and started asking about the girl instead. Our mutual friend hasn't said anything yet, but she has already started her usual routine of lowering the value of any girl I show interest, namely by saying she is one of those "needy ones who text all the time". She's one to talk.

Now, the way I see it she is either testing me to see if I really care about her (someone has sugested this on another thread I made and knowing the girl and our history together it may even make sense) or it is a legitimate offer.

Either way I will pursue. There is no reason not to game a girl someone is dropping on my lap if she's worth it. Assuming she is real, that is...

Now, the thing is turning this to my favour to game my colegue (or both, but especially my colegue). I already said my colegue I'm into her. If she's into me and having cold feet the fear of losing me might force her to make a move since the ball is in her court. If she is not intersted, the good 'ol switcharoo might make her intersted when she sees me with another girl. And besides, even if things do not work with the other girl having her text me all the time is textbook DHV.

What I'm thinking is, tomorrow when I see her I'm pretty sure she will bring up the issue (I will if she don't) and ask if I'm thinking about going out with her. I am thinking about answering something in the lines of "Yes, unless you know a good reason I shoudn't", kinda like saying "This is your last shot. Take it or I'm moving on and you'll lose me". Also, I did not yet respond the message when she says the alleged girl is needy and texts a lot. Since that pretty much describes my colegue, I'm thinking of answering something like "Oh yeah? I already got one of those and it's taking me nowhere. Might as well upgrade for one I get something off :P" The idea is to be a light and playful way to show her she is easily replacable for me, lowering her value and putting her in the hot seat yet again.

What do you think of my strategy and what would you do in my place?

Jeez dude... another thread about this girl? Do you have no other options? Is this crazy b word the best you can do so you're obsessed with her? Invite her out and make a move. If she doesn't want to see you outside of work, cut her off because she's fucking you're head up.

No, in fact I have no problem getting other options and with some success. But she is, by far, the hardest one to game I've come across. It's more a matter of pride and being stubborn than anything else. I'm the kind of guy you say "it can't be done", I say "oh, yeah? shut up and watch".

I respect your opinion when you say I should move on, but since it does not harm my ability to game other girls and does not affect any other part of my life I simply do not see a reason to quit. Besides, we're together several hours a day, five days a week. Might as well do something productive with that time.

If this is about a challenge for you, then bring the girl you're seeing who is hotter and cooler than her around your coworker.
