This may sound like a dumb question...and could be...but if one is relatively good looking, is the 'game' easier to play when it comes to women? The reason i ask is that a friend of mine says that women oftentimes are intimidated if a guy is too good looking and it makes it harder in some ways. |

dude... with looks there's no rhyme nor reason to it. My wingman is a very-goodlooking guy (he used to be a model) and I'm balding... some babes go for his looks and some go for mine. Horses for courses. Yeah... but I have heard more than one girl say she'll not go for a guy if she thinks him too good-looking lest he runs off with some other girl. My opinion is that good-looks certainly help but it is not the decisive factor in scoring. cheers, HouseDog |

My official stance on this is that, ten minutes into an interaction it does not matter what a man looks like. It's all about how he talks and how he presents who himself. However, women like eye-candy too. While it may not give you a definitive hand up in mid-game, it will make approaches easier. Women will be more easilly disposed to a good looking man than they would be an average-looking man, at least in the very beginning of the encounter. Also keep in mind that a man's appearance is mostly in his keeping. If he's well groomed, well dressed and carries himself with confidence, he will make much better first impressions than a beautiful man who has let himself go. |

I have been told I was good-looking and even though Monkey says it will help with the initial response from a woman, it has never brought woman to me. Well that's not true, if they are smashed out of there minds they usually will come up and talk but that is rare. I am with Monkey on this one, looks really can't help you if you are trying to game a woman... But I wanna also state that if a woman is just out there looking for a strong handsome man to be her stud for for night then they usually go for the model/body builder type that can pick her up and throw her around, which is why I have seen alot of girls looking just purly for sex go after my buddy Dan. He has pirate good looks, He-man hair and a He-man body. He is ripped like early Arnold, any of the girls I have seen him take home were girls that just wanted a good fuck. The girls that he did go home with that were not looking for that were girls he made me go pick up for him because he is too shy to talk to them. Most of the time it would just be me talking and him looking good. |

"There are no ugly men, just lazy ones" One of my favorite quotes from The Game. Basically, any guy who gets his ass to the gym, gets himself some decent clothes, and carries himself well will be attractive to women. |

Hi guys, I am a good-looking guy. This adds several aspects to my interactions with women. First, women expect (on the basis of my appearance) certain personality characteristics. For instance, they think I will be outgoing, socially intelligent, fun, will know where the cool places to go are, etc. At the low-points of my AFC-dom, I realised that I could live off their expectations of me for several hours, perhaps long enough to kiss or sleep with them. However, eventually, they would realize that their perception of me was wrong and, sadly, I was not these great things. Lesson here is that an attractive guy who is congruent with that appearance (in terms of personality) will be very attractive to women. Alternatively, an attractive guy who is incongruent (i.e., low self-esteem, little personality, social ineptitude, etc.) will get a few glances, occasional conversation and very little physical contact with women. Second (and related to the first observation), from my experience many women immediately perceive that I will be a player based on my appearance. As I have improved my game (and become more congruent with my appearance), I have noticed that more women ask me if I am a player. In a funny twist, this seems to enhance their attraction for me once they talk to me and realise that I can tell an entertaining story or run an interesting routine. [Of course, I do not respond that I am a player]. Just my thoughts. Hope they were illuminating for someone out there. |

It has nothing to do with looks. Its more about being very well groomed. What i suggest you do if your having the looks problem is walk in a salon where there are only girls and make some friends, than ask them for their opinion on you and see what they say. Have you heard of Styles formula? L - looks well groomed A - Adaptable, can be introduced to anyone S - Strong, guy that makes her feel safe and takes lead. V - Value, standing out giving her a reason why she should be with you. E - Emotional Connection, laughing together, things in common G - Goals, means you have goals and ambitions in life. A - Authenticity, you want to be your BEST self no matter what. S - Self worth, you feel worthy, know your value, and not be afraid. thats what girls want. - Impact |

Honestly looking good IS an advantage but when you are TOO good looking I would say you are out of luck... I didnt really get into the game until about 6 months ago.... Even before people knew me as a PLAYER... They would sayI look like one.... I would even talk like one (without knowing the game) But one thing I realized is that I tried VERY HARD too look good... I mean I was allready good looking but I wanted to look even better (the best).... This was a down-fall.. "The Nail That Sticks Out Gets Hammered".. And thats exactly what happened... The girls didnt want to go for me because they said I was too PERFECT which lowered my self-esteem until I realized looks really do-not matter... This is all experience and If you know how to game properly.... U can be the devil of all Pick Up Artists |
