i got nothing to suggest about doing something on facebook, you already marked as blown off besides it not my style sorry.

i share my style:
if i were you i would ask your female friend "Mis Uni can" to rearrange something with her and with your target,
maybe bring more people at least one guy, could be a wing.

i like bars, in my case the scenario is bar:

entering a bar with the MUC and another guy, the first eye contact with the target turn you eyes gallantly away, no greeting, no hello nor hi, the target is air, and you are cold as ice, body language calm (yea i like to be rude), walking to the table (better a table not on the bar).
announce not too laud : "there are so many pretty girls" no eye contact with anyone from the group like you tell it to yourself but still make sure the target heard it possible eye contact with the guy friend in case you have one.
as coming to the table you can sit near target but don't be too obvious don't struggle to sit by her.
from this point each time you take something out of your mouth, you need to wait a bit and look on targets body language for changes, if you don't know how to read body language Google it.
start conversation with the guy still ignoring target, wait until she flow in to the conversation, if she doesn't
see when can you flow into her conversation, start with something neutral best with funny.
let conversation continue, look where you can put some "negative or critic", wait until she start justify herself or apologize for her opinion explaining to you works also good, when you will see it happening know you are on the right path, when she does it make sure she does it towards you, you react to with don't care, can be random action as going to bath room, looking on the bar pretending not listen or whatever, take back the attention to her watching the body language change make no eye contact or it will look fake better if she doesn't see you looking at her, i'm sure she will try to state her point again, this time listen to her, give her positive as a reward for working try to get your attention and convince you (NLP technique).
same pattern 2-3 times but don't do the same "don't care", between patterns cold as ice + don't care no eye contact you can speak with the guy friend, you can initiate conversations with the target if you sure you can get negative/critic towards the pattern.
at the point you feel like you want to take her number, you will need to smooth the ground a bit of course depends on her body language, but generally give her some attention, "positive" and "don't care" (acts as a reminder of working towards you), not negative, watch body language, when you recognize that she is feels
sort of closeness, not distance take it.

i usually don't speak so much by the phone but to set a date.
wait 2-3 days and ask her for date.

Long story short, I was invited to go to my friends Miss Universe candidate fundraiser where my friend (Alexa) introduced to me to another Miss Universe candidate (we'll call her, Cam). After hanging out with them for a while we went to a club nearby, we got a booth and there was a lot of fluff with me and Cam, she had a great sense of humor and I negged her a bit. We all get on the dance floor but my friends had got me too drunk at this point and Cam was the DD so she hadn't had anything to drink. Naturally I made a bit of a fool of myself but at the end of the night I wanted to number close Cam, so I approached, and she said she doesn't have a phone (I'm assuming code for, not interested) but she gladly gave her Facebook and asked me to add her. The next morning I added her and messaged her saying "Wow, so last night I think you saw me at my worst lol" to which she hasn't responded for about a week. I think at this point the conversation may have gotten stale. I recently found out that she just broke up with her bf. Any way of re-opening and getting a #close for a date?

women only ok drunk men when they are drunk themselves, or they are their boyfriends. Imagine this, you meet this really hot and interesting girl, your the designated driver and later this girls voice is now 10 timers higher then before, shes talking about how her feet feel funny and not hearing a thing you say. Im not saying you did these things but because she was sober during the interaction and has very little to no connection with you. she will prejudge you
