How to freeze?

Good evening.

PUA teaches us that after a flake or LJBF we should cut all contact, or at least reduce it to the absolute minimal. But woudn't that be needy and beta as fuck? Kinda, you don't let me fuck you I'm making a scene!

Or do you wait a few days, pretend It's all fine and then make yorself scarce? And do you cut all contact at once or do it bit by bit? And what if I want to have a LTR with the girl and not just fuck her, do I still freeze and risk losing her for good? And if so, for how long?

Many guys say "freeze her" but I havn't seen a complete, detailed explanation on how to do it properly.

Hey man, this question deserves a detailed answer... so here it goes

I would first separate the two reasons you give for freezing a target.

First of all, in LJBF you do not freeze out. A freeze out is intended to coax a reaction out of a girl, whereas in LJBF you either
1. plow through her objections by having a stronger frame
2. accept LJBF and pawn her (use her for preselection)
3. next he and break all contact. And that means ALL contact, not just for a while until she realises what a catch she has missed and is eager to drop her panties in front of you.

Second reason, after a flake, you freeze as a punishment or warning that her behaviour was not cool. As long as you come from a frame of "I hold all people in my life to the highest standard and I don't take crap from anyone" you do not appear needy or beta. My personal favourite is to always have a plan B and C so that when she flakes, I still have something cool to do. Then I do a Facebook check-in at some place just to let her know that I am not moping around at home all alone on a Saturday evening, but having loads of fun with friends. But I still freeze her out a little bit...

Third reason, and the reason freezing was invented for, is to break LMR. I will just direct you to the writings of Mystery on the topic, as he may very well have invented the technique. Also mentioned in "The Game" by Neil Strauss.

You should freeze after a flake in such a way that she understands that there is a connection between the two events: her flaking on you and you freezing out on her. Otherwise the freeze out is besides the point. What I do is not call or text her between 1 and 3 days, depending on how bad the flaking was (1 day for flaking with a few hours notice and with a reasonable explanation, 3 days for flaking one hour before the agreed meeting time, and nexting her completely for not showing up without explanation). I also apply phone freezing, for example when she's not answering my call and as well she's not calling back after a reasonable period of time. Same rules apply regardless of your intent (just sex or LTR), and yes, there's always the risk of losing her. But then again, "For you to have a woman, you must be ready to lose her".

See? Now THAT was some concise, detailed and useful advice.

I have also noticed that some guys (me included) just say stuff like "freeze her" or "pawn her" or "use kino" or whatever assuming whoever we are advising already knows how to do that. It's pretty much the same thing as saying "drive the car". Sure, everyone knows what driving is, everyone has even a basic understanding of driving, you have gas, brake and a steering wheel. But without instructions on how to drive the car chances are it won't work out very well.

So I sugest someone gets Redlight's post, put it on a theread called "basic rules", or "Pick Up 101", or whatever seems apropriate, put a sticky on it and then fill it with the best posts on specific stuff. Like "Majik's guide to kino escalation" and GKS's stuff on online dating.

We really need a one stop guide for noobs who don't want to read an entire book and know nothing about game.

Two more questions, namely LJBF points 1 and 3.

1: Wat do you mean by "having a stronger frame?" Is it that "sooner or later it will hapen" attitude? For exemple, I was once fooling around with a girl who had LJBF'd me. I made some joke, she said "I hate you", I answered "no, you love me. You just don't know it yet". Another time with another girl she had shown me the string on her panties to show it matched her top. Some time later we were talking about that kind of stuff and she mentioned it was again a matcing set, and I was like "let me see your panties", she "no, not here", me, as I was walking away (this conversation happened when we were walking down a corridor at uni) "then if we were somewhere else you'd show me. Gotcha". Is that what you mean?

3: Cut all contact even if she realises what she is missing and is ready to drop her panties? That seems kinda counterproductive. Is there a point here or you're just being a sore loser? (no ofense, I'm one too)

no no no... you gave her sex as a tool against you (and youre probably not going to get it) . In this example (which imo is a bit forward) controlling the frame would be something along the lines of believing (this is key) that your request was legitimate and wtf would she not?

Another example today was a girl i talked to with an interesting name. When I innocently asked her where it came from (my frame) she got all pissy like i had somehow insulted her (her frame). In this situation, controlling the frame would be bringing it back to the fact that it's a simple question but if you're insecure about your name than that's cool, lets talk about something else (my frame) ;)

This shit works like magic... its f*cking weird.
