Whats up guys im curious about something... when people say been dating for 1 month or whatever, what does it really mean ? like seeing each other once a week 4 times would be a month. do people see that as dating for 1 month or you have to actually date for 30 days to count as a month of dating ? lol I know its kind of a weird question but people are different so I dunno. thx. |

Like most of life its meaning is subjective but likely it means that they have been going out for "about" a month. It means that "they" the couple... are seeing each other for that long. You are over analizing this a bit. I forget who said it but "In most if not all interactions with women, Logic is the enemy" They are such emotional creatures and that is (for me anyway) part of the fluid beauty that attracts us to them. Whats your real sticking point? I get a feeling there is a deeper issue here, how is your dating life been in the last 5 years? |

I was just curious because this girl I been seeing for 2 months myself and pretty much once a week but we talk or text throught the days and say good night etc. well I have never had a relationship like this were I seen the girl for 2 months that's about 8 actual dates with no sex. she is just holding out and says we barely know eachother lol. she is counting it more like we just known eachother for 8 dates and apparently its to early for sex. just feels crazy for this day and age I dunno, I am just not used to it, I usually get sex tops in a few dates. hope that helps. |

all other girls upto this point I get and can read rather easily, this girl just giving me so many fucking mixed signals it is driving me crazy to a point where I start feeling maybe shes just using me till she wants someone more compatible and i just want to end things with her, the other part of me things she is maybe really different from the girls here and to give her a chance and see what happens. and yea you are right unfortunetly I do over analyze things especially when I don't understand it. she has been in America for only 4 yrs and is from a race that's usually a lot more conservative, if that helps. |

Don't torture yourself by overanalyzing it. If she's still seeing you and you at least kiss, you're on the right track. Have you tried to initiate sex with her, or tested the waters with her in that regard? It might be that she's just waiting on you to initiate. You said she's only been in America for 4 years, where is she originally from? Some nationalities are extremely conservative with that kind of thing, particularly Asians. Anyway, take the focus off of how long you've been dating and whether or not you "should" be having sex. Every single couple is different and there are no hardcoded rules for anything. Just make sure you're having fun and adding some romance and sexuality (if only by flirting, teasing, and light touching) to the mix. |

It sounds like she is the one leading the interaction and you are following her along like a cute little puppy. Plan out a date for the two of you, go out for tea or coffee at a cool place you find nearby on yelp. Put her on the defensive by starting to ask questions like you are qualifying her. "So whats up with your outfit, why did you wear this today"? "If she has a big purse... you miss interpret it as a place she keeps a shotgun" If its a small purse its for a knife. A man that naturally attracts women, a man who has his pick with women understands that there are alot of girls out there that demonstrate behavior he wont put up with. Just like a woman give you shit tests, she plays games to see if you really are a confidant male... or if this is an act. I forget how old you are but be the selector, if you are not getting sex by the 3rd date... you are in the friend zone. You pick the girl you want, you pick where you go, you pick the seats. Don't be bossy but be in control of your enviroment and be the guy who is picky, selective... as if you could do anything you wanted and you choose her. If she screws up her chances then you can choose another girl. Mike |

Actually in our case it was really different and that's what threw me off too, she is very conservative , I actually got a hotel after our 10th date and we had sex, and now she is my girlfriend lol so difinetly I am not in the friend zone. But yea usually you would be right, thx anyway for info guys. |
