Make sure she's on her elbows (not leaning over with her face smashed against the bed) and her ass is even with her knees. (if that makes sense) Otherwise, the angle is going to be all fucked up and its going to be difficult. You might have to grab her hips and pull her ass closer to you because as you thrust into her, you're going to be pushing her forward and down into the bed.

There's this doggie style variation that many girls love.
