Hey,

This is my first post on the forum, so I'd like to introduce myself and get your opinion on something.

I'm relatively new to the world of Pick-up so it's all pretty daunting at the moment, nevertheless, I am trying my hardest at getting through the crippling fear of AA and calibrating my approach with time in the field (I prefer to use the MM approach due to the linearity of it). However, one of my sticking points is that I find the idea of stacking openers hard to overcome (along with transitioning into A2).

I usually user the two-part Kiss opener as described in "The Rules of The Game"- Neil Strauss, and this generally works for me as I get a few good responses. After that though, the conversation dies pretty suddenly and I loose their attention. Do you guys literally just use a format like:

PUA: *Opener 1*
HB: *Response*
PUA: "Ah, that's really interesting. Oh, by the way..." *Opener 2*

And continue with that until receiving an IOI (hook point) and transitioning into A2?

Also, I've been thinking of how to smoothly transition and I've came up with a routine which goes something like this. Let me know what you guys think:

PUA: *Opener*
HB: *Response*
PUA:“That was great, thanks for the advice! You guys should definitely have your own radio talk show or something! I’d listen to it. You (two [depending on the set]) could be the quirky presenters with that talk-show personality you always see, I’ll be the manager because, I came up with the idea so it’s only right and you(Target)… could be the one who… brings us coffee.” Then move on to a DHV routine.
