So theres this girl who ive been texting for while, she has flaked on me once. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and asked her out again and she said yes. I tired arranging the time and she didn't give me a definite time she could do, so the next day I just flaked on her and didnt text her back or rearrange anything , she pissed me off with her lack of commitment. Now she has text me again saying, so when do I get the chance to go for drinks with you then? How should I respond to this? should I give her another chance? what would you text her back? if you even would would.

Only you can decide whether she is worth another chance. But I would recommend you to limit it to ONE more chance, and give her all responsibility to arrange the date. Be honest with her and tell her what you feel about it all. You can as well write "I can give you one more chance, but this time it's on you to arrange everything".

Give her once more chance... I would arrange it if I were you though... you can even call her out on it. Just say "hey make sure you're available... not trying to be an asshole but my time is valuable so if you agree to going out commit to it"

Meet passive aggression with passive aggression if what you want is an insecure relationship. If you want something meaningful, always be open with your feelings and needs. If the person can't handle it, they aren't worth your time anyway.

If you don't want to risk it, arrange a time when you have nothing to do. Tell her meet me at X at 8, where X is your address. When she shows up just let her know you didn't want to risk it so wanted her to meet you at yours. Then date at your place or nearby.

"I'm busy tomorrow but i'm free the next day at 8pm." If she gets narky and tries to dictate the time and place just stand your ground and say you're busy and it's the only time you have this week.
