This just happens. No matter how much you clean your face or eat healthy or whatever, its going to happen eventually. So when it does, what do you do?? I hear that some guys use make up to cover it but i couldn't imagine a more embarrassing moment than to be caught wearing it in public. But is oaky??

Usually I catch my zits in the morning. Put an extra dose of benzoin peroxide on it, and it should be reduced in four or five hours, which won't affect my night game.

Ultimately it don't matter, if a girl judges you because of one zit, that's silly. Don't let it affect your game.

It doesn't just happen... It relates to your diet and lifestyle, I currently follow a paleo diet and It has done wonders for me, I used to have terrible acne but now I don't :) Try going paleo it really helps, and shower/wash your face every day. I have used coconut oil a few times as well.

it depends on certain factors like what skincare products you use, and skin type. most spotty people have oily skin. so if you do, use an oil free moisturiser with spf in it. no spf means you wont get protection from the sun which can have a negative effect. use a face wash like oxy and clearasil 2 times a day. one thing to consider is a device called an lms spotlight which is a device used for red light therapy on the skin which is good for acne. if you do want to use make up i would suggest going for a more high end brand as they will be more helpful in shade matching cheaper brands are more likely not to offer assistance, id recommend going to a department store or freestanding store rather then a chemist. brands i would recommend is mac or bobbi brown.
