Looking good helps but is not necessary. It will definitely help you get sluts. Its like they say fake it til you make it. Confidence I find is just being comfortable with yourself and not caring what people say or think. Also women like a man who takes charge.

For instance things like telling her to go with you somewhere instead of asking is what women find attractive. So don't necessarily command a woman just say things like you are telling them. Like before I used to ask women if I could have their phone number. Now I just say whats your phone number as if they already agreed to giving me their number. You would be surprised at how much more successful I have been with just that little adjustment.

My biggest tip is to just be proud of who you are and if you talk with enough enthusiasm and passion a woman will take that as confidence. Also don't be afraid of rejection. Think of dating as a batting average. If you are batting at .250 you are doing well.
