Post subject:  Is it ok to talk to her everyday?
I'm not saying i'm needy but we end up texting eachother every day i say pretty evened up on my part and her part. I have tried waiting a day to not text her for some me time. But ended up texting me by the time the day ended. I'm not needy about at all i just text when i'm bored and what not. We both tried set up times to hang out but we were either both busy or something came up with us. At this point she says she likes talking to me and i make her smile when i talk to her, but she says she honestly doesn't know how she feels about me and that "she is testing the waters". I'm trying to figure out is it ok to talk to her everyday, even if she talks to me first or is to much were kinda building into a relationship kinda deal here i guess. But ya, some insight would be great. :)

Oh and talk on the phone at the end of the night almost everyday and she gets sad when i say good night meanning she still wants to talk to me.

From the way you put it... Sounds like SHE is the needy one. Be careful of psycho girls :)

Also, my personal rule is that unless we are fucking every day... We don't talk every day. Do what you want though ;)

Now that we have that out of the way... If a girl is actually attracted to you, there is no "testing the waters". She likes talking to you because she's bored/wants male attention. But no girl is so cautious that she won't date someone she's interested in.

Can you text her? Sure, if you're doing it because you want to text her. I have women I text when I have nothing better to do for a bit. I do not, however, plan to bang these girls. A few of them might end up available, but by and large your text buddies don't end up fucking you.
You build attraction in person, not over text. Yeah, you can blow it over text, but you can't build tepid to steaming hot over it.

So if you're texting her because you want to text her. Keep at it. If you're texting her, hoping she decides she likes you, there is no real point in doing this. Next time you're free, ask her out. If she says no, meh. You lose nothing. But don't sink more time in this if you're treating this as a project.

Though I'm a little confused how you two have enough time to talk on the phone for hours, but have no time to meet up. How far away do you live from each other?

we live like 5 min. away funny enough but we really only talk when it's like 11 or 10 pm by that time she's tired and i'm tired but i guess we could do something i said we can have a movie day at my place since she loves movies so i told her next time she's free comeover and she said she would like that, she likes me being and around her an she even said she loves talking to me. I we both try to get around to hang out but our schedules clash at times. But idk i don't neccasarily think it's always cause she's bored but who knows i honestly want to kinda get in a relationship deal but i'm not head over heals for her so i can bounce if it looks like that though she says she isn't again girls can be crazy. I think patience is key for this one though.

Awesome! Coming over to your place for movies is actually better than a regular date.

Don't freeze out. It's something that only works in very specific circumstances. After "self amuse" and "be the alpha" it's about third most common advise you'll find here for any given situation and it never works out.
And unfortunately even a lot of the guys who know what they're talking about will nod along and say "freezing out has worked for me!". Which is true. I've use it. But only in certain cases.
The girl needs to actively be attracted to me, but give me resistance for some reason. So I leave her alone for a bit and then check back. And I've *only* used it in on girls I've already been on a date with. If she hasn't dated me, freezing out doesn't help because she doesn't give a shit about me. I'm a memory, days or weeks gone by.
