for me nothing is a bigger turnoff than fake things. this includes fake tits, fake nose (nose job), and superficial and materialistic people.

flat chest is better than fake
huge ugly nose that is natural is better than a surgically modified one.

Must be difficult only dating girls who have never had braces, whitened their teeth, don't shave their body hair or wear makeup, perfume or other non-natural things.

Depends what type of fake tits. If they are the type which rest above on the outside of the breast tissue, I prefer all natural, but being completely flat is far worse. Teenage boy chests just absolutely destroy my boner.

The other type of implants go behind the natural breast tissue and they give a more natural appearance.

Flat is gross. Outer implants are better. Under implants even better.

All natural huge titties which are pert and not saggy are the best by far, no contest.
