I will be bold here and GUARANTEE That i can get him to be a complete stud, but it will take a lot of work because like anything you're not familiar with you have to learn the ropes. I will give some simple guidelines and once you follow those or if you want to supercharge it, consider following my sig to my site and try purchasing a paid guide from proven gurus that have worked for thousands. it's a small investment in something that's important to him obviously. Okay so, Looks - Hair needs to be grown a bit to something a bit messier, fauxhawk maybe if it's done short enough. Clothes need to be more along the line of semi formal. White shirt, black blazer and some better fitting jeans that are a bit tighter. nice black belt. Dress shoes or casual leather shoes. begin tanning immediatly. and start a workout regime. look up the trap muscle and focus on working that, and abs, most of all. work on the posture and make it upright more but make sure you learn how to do it naturally without looking overly corrected. PUA is going to be difficult for someone who has no confidence and no experience, if you're not going to (or possibly if you are) going to buy an actual PUA guide. which i do recommend again. I would say it is a must for him to begin applying the looks department and actually doing some online dating, flirting, etc, it is an excellent place to put your profiles up, get some flirts, get your confidence up. then slowly build himself up to just going out to clubs and TRYING to get friendzoned so that he is able to get used to the entire idea. Then either purchase a guide, or begin trying to flirt. once he is a bit more comfortable with the basics get him started doing some negging, some simple tried and true negging. From there you will be able to consider other things. But that is about a 5-12 month plan right there. again i hope this helps and i ASSURE YOU. 100% you can get girls sir. I put my reputation at stake here, my website, everything. If you put what i've said to work it will 100% without fail work. But it wont work overnight. Bit of work for you. Thanks. |

Are you sure he's only 40? He needs to grow a beard / cheek stubble and correct his posture. Teeth could be improved/whitened. |

This is a great topic , haha. Love it when interesting stuff pops up around the forum. Right , so , he does look a bit overage. I wouldn't necessarily give him 40 , I'd push for 50. But that doesn't really have to do with his physical outlook , moreso with the entire combination of his clothes / looks. Anyway , that's not a problem. You need to put some time and effort into this but if you've been single for 40 years I doubt 1 more year would be too much for you. And thats not 1 year until you can get a girl , thats 1 year until you'd have very little problems getting any girl. However ,you need to change your style. Colby suggested some strong stuff. -A fauxhawk cut will definitely look great on you. It's kinda a bitch to maintain but it's worth it. -You can play around with the clothes a little bit but Colby pinned it pretty good here as well. Go for a semi-formal style. -Join a gym ,asap. You seem to have very narrow shoulders and your traps are close to non-existent. Also your posture will mostly correct itself if you dedicate yourself to the gym. You'll stick your chest out and hold your head high just for the sake of showing off them pects. Plus , the sexier the body , the larger array of clothes you can wear. -Teeth , fix them. Now I'm not entirely sure if you're neglecting them or if you're one of those people with a naturally thinner enamel(I think it's called in english , sorry if I'm mistaken) layer. A thin layer usually can result in a yellowish tint for your teeth , but you can still get a whitening and with the right tooth paste they'll be all white and sexy in no time. -Tan. Now I don't usually suggest this but some color would do you right. Not much though. -Grow a stubble. Other than that read basics of game. Try to get friendzoned as Colby suggested , get used to the entire scenery. Approach , learn , practice. Do this for about 6 months , time in which you also will constantly work on your outlook using tips suggested above.Consider it a preparation period. After that , the real fun begins. Also what do you mean by "never had a woman" ? Oh and , most importantly , you should give 0 fucks about what "other people" might think of this radical change in lifestyle.I know change can be difficult , especially when it's so "drastic".Nevertheless , live how you wanna live , not how others "expect you" to. |

First things first. People base their judgements on their first impression. He first needs to work on his appearance. It's hard to give style advice without actually taking him to the stores and show examples so I'm going to keep it simple. He's 40 years old and I don't know what his interests are, so I suggest he should go look what George Clooney wears. Wear suits. Look at Danny Ocean and Rusty Ryan from Ocean's Eleven, Twelve and Thirteen. Look at Jacob Palmer from the movie Crazy Stupid Love. Look at how he dresses himself. Wear clothes that fit well. In the beginning it may feel too tight, but it isn't. Google and look for pictures of Andres Velencoso (he's a model). Look at his pants. They always fit nice and tight. Wear classic shoes. That should be a good start about clothes. Buy a real watch. You don't have to buy a Rolex, but that's the style you want. You can buy watches for $20 if you want. It's not the brand that matters, it's the style. The same applies for clothes. Next: Go to a dentist and whiten your teeth. Next: Work on your body language and voice tonality. Stand straight, shoulders back and relaxed. Now for your first steps into the game: if you have never approached women. Don't read too much PUA. First learn to handle approach anxiety THEN go read about PUA. Otherwise you're going to think too much about the little things and overanalyze. There you go, that should give you a great start. So clothes, teeth, body language, voice tonality and approaching women is your first task. EDIT: and grow facial hair. |

High hairline + spiky hair + round face is not a good look. Either buzz off all the hair or go for a short back and sides. Eyebrows need tidying up a bit. Cheek stubble + pointy beard will help elongate a round face to make it more oval shaped. |

I think we can all agree TEETH is the biggest thing that stood out... that's the first thing that came to my mind when I saw the pic. He needs to re-invent his style... he has many choices of what he can do to improve his fashion. I would first recommend a nice button-up ... actually check out my good friend Erik Shirkey's (The Fashion Jerk) video. In this video he can learn how to improve his teeth (although I also recommend seeing a dentist too) and you can also check out Erik's clothes of what je COULD be wearing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bi_2_LkV ... Jg&index=8 but clothing style is part of who YOU are so I would advise him to model himself after a successful person of his choice... I can't tell him exactly what he needs to wear... he has to feel comfortable in it. I do recommend he gets rid of the clothing he currently has though! As for working out... definitely... your friend looks like he's in decent shape especially for his age but working out simply makes you more confident, healthy, positive and focused. He doesn't need to lift huge weights or grow huge muscles.... simply doing cardio can make huge improvements. As for tanning... tanning helps out but it's not absolutely needed. I'm a pale Ginger and I simply can't tan... I fricken glow in the dark but I date a beautiful black girl... so yeah... it helps but it's definitely not needed if your inner game is handled. and that goes to the most IMPORTANT thing... he needs to develop his inner game immediately. If he's lost all hope and doesn't have confidence it doesn't matter how good he looks he'll always fail. He needs to fix up his inner game! Wayne Dyer's Audio Books are classic and they really transform your way of thinking. but even though inner game is your foundation... PERCEPTION IS REALITY and fashion is very imporant. Here's another example of a shirt he could be wearing... in fact search this website and see if there's something he'll like. http://www.hm.com/us/product/15880?article=15880-A |

Oh and GROOMING is VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT! trim those nose hairs, get a nice fade or buzz cut, trim eye brows if needed, growing some stubble I agree would help and there better not be a lot of hair on his neck! |
