So.. i have read alot about picking up, i also made my body language better, BUT i only use a few opportunities when i see them (i mean i do not approach girls as much as i would like to). I only approach a girl when she is alone. If there are 2 of them I can not do anything.. I dont know what opener should i use or how do I DHV. It is quite dufficult for me because I have to translate openers and routines to my language and another problem is that 75% of population in this city speaks differend language that I do (i can only speak like 50% that other language so that sucks) this also makes me worried that they wont understand me and think i am an idiot or something. I have only approached 2 girls since i discovered this community and it was not the best.. I completely forget about openers,DHV or kino escalations.. couldnt use them cuz I froze and just kept talking about bullshit (school etc.) Can you give me any good links that can help me? or do you have any advices how do I approach girls even tho I am shy? |

Take it from me bro, I suck at gaming at the moment and you know why? Because I haven't practiced in a year! I know a lot of the underlying principles, got a bit of stuff canned and all that basic "tool-kit" yet my skills are at max from beginner to average. Set small goals, like at first just doing it at all is fine you don't have to do much more than say "Hi" and get rejected. Just get out there and get burned, you wont feel it as much if you get it often enough and after a while you'll see results and get addicted. Realize that 95% of your communication is non-verbal. Expressing genuine interest in a person does not require any special lines or tricks. Your belief that you cannot approach more than one girl is stopping you more than anything. Until you change that belief, no amount of pick up reading will make any difference. Also, realize that language proficiency is not related to your intellect. If you can speak your language, plus english, plus the local language, you are already ahead of a lot of people. Al |

stop worrying about remembering lines. take the concepts you learn and think of something to say that fits YOU and your language. It's really about delivery more than what you actually say. You could say something simple like "Hi I think you're beautiful and I had to come up to you because if I didn't I'd totally regret it". and it can be more effective than these guys trying to remember clever lines...... find what's comfortable to you and OWN it. |
