Hi, guys!
I want to make some persnolaity changes here, and change my life! :P

And i would appreciate if you guys can help me on the road to become this guy

Right now i'm 17, almost never out partying, and ok with girls (I try to Kino, and it works).
I have enever hooked up with someone without drinking or never had a girlfriend.

so, to the guy i want to be:
I want to become the badass guy the girls want to be with, the guy people want to hang with and the guy that do not care what other thinks at all. I want to become confident, and good with girls!

So, are you guys able to give me tips or "step by step" plan to help me achieve this?

My advice is to avoid PUA if you are not bad with women.

17 is a young age. PUA can do more harm than good at that age because it's common that they neglect a lot of things such as career and doing normal stuff with friends.

I don't know. Maybe you're bad with women.

I was horrible and didn't have sex till I was about 23 so PUA suited me just fine. It really helped that I had travelled alof of the world and had a decent job which helped my pickup skills

You don't want to be a 17 year old who tried to get into cool parties with his wings that he met on the local lair.

Instead, be part of the social groups, make an effort to be great with people and you will develop a natural skill set which will probably work on women too.

You're lucky that you have discovered this subject at your age, because from now on, things will autocorrect itself on the journey.

Hard to explain but I hope you understand that game is a blessing and a curse

Not bad with women was the wrong term...
I can get hugs from girls i just met, hold around them and so on but never more :/

My friends at school are not the social kind of people, they are gamers, and i am not. so i do not know how to become great with people, since the people i am with at school are not social what so ever
