Respone to flattering?

Post subject:  Respone to flattering?
I've always been wondering, how do you respond when a girl overcompliments you?

I don't have a problem with receiving positive comments, but when they become too many it starts to seem to me like friendzoning. For example:

"Oh you have such big arms and muscles"
"You draw so good..."
"You are so smart and good with all the subjects"
"You have so many talents"

All this from the same girl in a short period of time(< 10 minutes), I've known her for 2 months now. So how do you respond to a bunch of comments like this?

haha, I like that one, I proceed the same way. I've just been wondering how not to look like an attention whore when I get overloaded with the stuff
