No there's no average text count it depends on what the interaction was like and how sexual it was to begin with. In your case it wouldn't think you'd need to be sexual straight away. She will get weirded out. Why do you want her to know you want to fuck her? That's kinda boring for a girl too since most guys want to do the same. Build intrigue. Some excitement. Get the date and escalate from there. With some pre date texts like "you better turn up looking sexy tonight 
" that's as far as I'd push it if the initial interaction was non sexual.
