Hey!
There is this girl at work i like really well, but i do not know what to do :(

When i make eyecontact and smiles, she either smiles back or look quicly away. She doesn't mind me standing close and we hug and so on. When i sit at a chair she sometimes stand between my legs. Does these things mean anything?

I want to be more than friends, but i do not know what to do. Do you guys have any tips for me?
how do i show her this in a descreate way, and how to i step up my game to make her like me/ get sexual, how do i flirt and so on?
how should i text and talk? :)

And one last one: I notice girls stare at me when i walk around, when i make eyecontact, thei either smiles or look away really fast. but they are eyeing me very often and so on, what should i do in these situations?

I can add that i only see her at work, never outside. But i want to meet her, and i do not now how to ask and what to do when we meet up :)

Just escalate, kino etc, standard stuff, and walk with her outside at the end of work and grab a drink with her right there and then, escalate further at bar and take her home for sex.

I have no problems with hookups at one night, but i do not know what to do in the long run :)

Looks more like an awkward friendship you got there buddy.

A girl standing between your legs feels protected, and that's a good sign.
And how come you can hug her but she looks away when you smile at her? And why smile at her when you can be next to her? I'm getting pretty confused here to be honest.

Nothing hard here. Ask her out, she'll say yes according to what I've read.
Don't go for anything fancy/expensive. A simple drink/coffee/whatever is cheap and casual is good.

Touch her. Of course, don't make it look awkward. Just touch her when she says something funny or when you joke around. You get me.

Keep building up with touch and try to be close to her when you sit at a place, she'll get turned on.
The rest is history.

The power of kino, bro.

It has so many uses and has too many positives not to do it. The only negative is if you're just awkward and not seen as that guy at all.

I can tell you from personal experience I can touch any woman and get good reactions from them. In work or college or whatever you do you can do anything like playfully push her away randomly and get a good reaction from her. She'll feel closer to you, want you around and everything. You can actually have a very intimate relationship with someone with little talking but a lot of kino. For instance you could just say hi to some chick and mess with her. If she's in your way push both her shoulders and push her back jokingly but serious enough. She'll feel comfortable around you as the physical barrier has been broken down. You can even hold their hand and they'll hold yours. If you've the aloof attitude and confidence to do it just hold your hand out tell her to give you hers and then do whatever. I do this all the time. It demonstrates authority, confidence and establishes you as the dominant male type. Obviously you do this with a level of rapport built up already.

Once you establish the type of male you are women respond well to you. When you talk they'll stand to attention, if they like you they will turn towards you and get closer. Proximity is very important and I feel it's underestimated in importance to a lot of guys. Once you have proximity you've got her hooked and can say or do whatever you want. Remember, if she's moving towards you she's invested in you to a degree(Significant enough).

Anyway, to address what you actually want in specifics:

Touch her more. Escalate. Touch her shoulder when she jokes or says something funny. Hug her but only hug her when you have reason to. If you hug too much or get too physical in a friendly manner her attraction to you sexually diminishes significantly.

Aim to touch her hands, arms and stuff. Move your hugs from a simple 2 second hug to a hug where you can end it with your arm around her waist and draw her in. Do what she wouldn't do with her friends.
