this girl i work with...we play and banter bit... yesterday,she asked me if i wanted to take her home...i told her "what?"...she said "i said if you want to take me home?...i smiled and didnt respond...(i really thought it would be too desperate on my part if all of a sudden i put all my plans that night just to accompany her to her house and just say yes without any prenotice on her part) she kept talking a bit and after like 5 minutes she insisted and kinda a beggy voice she said "so...your gonna take me home, im out at 6 and i live from......." i smiled but said nothing. after that she finishes doing what shes doing and tells me if i can hand her some papers and i saw her face she was a bit hurt (i felt sorry for her) and a bit mad.

but guys i made the right choice. i really think its about principle. im not gonna drop my shit for a chance for some pussy, besides i had to wait for HER for an hour (i leave work at 5 she leaves at 6). im not gonna wait for no female for an hour just for having a shot at some pussy. then i had to work myself back home while she is fucking sneezing on her bed. fuck that!!! she should wait, my home and i rest while she struggles to get back to her place. what you guys think? any similar experiences denying pussy because its impractical situation? do tell.

I can't understand why you turned her down in this situation.

What is your end goal with pickup if not to lay chicks? Waiting an hour for sex is nothing. It's good to have social proof etc but don't let that cloud your vision when the end goal is in sight.

Yup. As for getting home you should have just told her if you did you'd be staying the night.

I admire your stance on the situation but do you like this girl? Sounds like she wanted it to lead to something a bit more.

bro, its not about raising value. we actually connect pretty well. but i already had some plans and i didnt feel like i was throwing that away just because at the last minute she made her mind and suddenly she wanted me to take her home. did she ever think that i might had any plans going on. does she actually think everything revolves around her and somebody would jump up because suddenly she decides so. Like if i dont have anything more important than just dropping her home. besides it was the other way around from where i live. the situation is more about impracticallity and making a statement.

thanks gamessn i aprecciate it. if i like her? sure i do. she has a cute face and cute personality...its fuckable material and i would be open for anything with her but not under her terms and territory.

If you had other plans already that you valued more than sex with this chick then that's cool, I'd have done the same. But it just seems like you were focused on 'saving face' and not putting yourself out for this chick just to make a statement.

You're too hung up on pointless crap dude. That's not a great mentality to have. From the sound of things she just wanted you to go back with her and spend the night(?). I doubt her getting off at 6 was terms she specifically set out knowing you would have to go out of your way a bit to be with her. Sounds as if she just wanted to be with you and you threw it in her face because you thought she was trying to control the situation.

naa she wasnt trying to control the situation...she was really nice about it....and i didnt throw it in her face either...i was really nice about it too...i didnt even say no. i just thought hey your throwing this to me at the last minute and you really think im gonna drop my shit and go. so i thought.............................. not really.

I get what you're saying about not wanting her to think you'll just drop your stuff for her, however this seems more appropriate at an earlier stage in the pick up; not when she's basically offering you sex on a plate.

One of the goals of pick up is to get laid. If this means compromising with a girl to overcome logistics (for instance waiting an hour for her to finish work) then do it!

No. You're thinking too much into behavioural science without fully grasping what it is. Just because you do something once doesn't mean you're telling her you'll do it over and over. She isn't conditioning you. She would be if she was rewarding you for something she deemed was good behaviour over a long period of time. This just seems like she literally wanted you to spend the night with her or just fuck her. From the sounds of things she actually might like you and want something more to come of it.

I would also just like to add a lesson that I have learned since joining this board.....ATTRACTION HAS AN EXPIRATION...if you not hitting it someone else will be soon. If you are at all interested close her as soon as possible or she will be gone and you will be chasing her.
