Post subject:  With Regards to the Newbie Mission

Hey, name's Hektik. I'm new to this game, and am interested in becoming part of it.

The Newbie Mission is intriguing. It seems like a good starting point, and really appears to accelerate the anxious guys with reservations about approaching women into a healthier mindset.

I want to try it, but I'm anxious; it's simple, but it's a relatively big deal. There are a few details that I'd like to iron out, and a few ideas I want your opinions on.

1) A fear of mine is being seen in public by someone I know attempting the mission. Would it be a good idea carrying out the mission in an unfamiliar mall where I'm comfortable I won't be noticed?

2) Is the mission really little more that saying "Hi/hey/hello"? Is there any more to it, or anything more that is recommended?

3) What kind of response can I expect? If you'd like any information about me, physical or behavioral, just ask.

3) I'm an Briton, and live near a big city. Do any of my fellow countrymen have any experience with preforming the mission in our country, or any recommended variations to the mission?

4) Is there anything at all I should avoid? For example, certain behaviors, mindsets, types of girls, groups of girls, busy areas, certain areas, clothing and so on.

Any other applicable help for a person in my position is appreciated.

Thanks!

1)The whole point of the mission is to get you out of you comfort zone. So no.No unfamiliar mall.
2)Hi is the goal , but feel free to try and establish conversations. Aim for 30 second conversations. If that goes well , try 1min.
3)I've been in the UK last summer visiting some friend , in Bradford. Having conversations with random strangers seemed much easier because English is a very "social" language,so to speak. I can comfortably say stuff that would otherwise sound cheesy in my language. Girls seemed very receptive too.
4)No.

Important specifications:
Step 1:
Eye contact. No looking at your shoes or at the floor. Eye contact makes every interaction much more personal. You want that.
Step 2:
Respect step 1.
Step 3:
Have good posture. Chest out , shoulders back , head held high. You don't wanna look like a creep.
Step 4:
Good voice projection. Speak up ,speak clearly , try not to stutter.
