Post subject:  Strait-up asking her out...?

So there is the hot/cute girl that sides next to me in one of my classes. I make her laugh and the rest of the class at least once a class. She says I'm funny. I had a small chit chat with her not so long ago about our jobs and our class. Nothing very connective. Is it ok to just strait up ask her out. Being like "Hey Kelly, I think you're really (pretty, cute, or cool). Want to hang some time. I get this way once in a while when I just want to ask a girl out or just tell her how i fell about her without any intimacy.

If you ever heard of the psychological triangle of love. Passion=attraction, intimacy=connection (sexual or not), commitment is the desire to strengthen the relationship. This is some what irrelevant however I'd like to say that I have passion but no intimacy.

So I guess I'm kinda asking for approval for being forward. Is it a general rule that I have to make her like me first? I guess it is. Mystery say you must have 3 IOI's. I guess making her laugh a couple times is an IOI's

She is just so hot to me that I just what to do something. Every time we have class just looking at her perfect body is just driving me crazy. Advice guys? Maybe I should finally watch those magic DVD's i bought and do some crazy magic. I just want to get with her already or at least progress. Girls are all I think about now and although I am being more or a center of social attraction than I was in high school I'm just no a chick magnet .....yet.

In depth answers are appreciated.

You're putting her on a pedestal too much. Just say "Hey, you seem like a cool girl, fancy getting a coffee some time?" or something along those lines, be outcome independent. Act like you couldn't give two shits if she rejects you and go back to making her laugh if she does, then you might even get a second chance.

Yes, of course it's fine. But don't say "do you want to hang out sometime", invite her to something. A coffee or a movie or a few drinks, whatever.

I used to always do this in college and it worked like a charm.

Get a piece of paper - Draw a tic tac toe map on it- Mark your X on a spot - fold it and pass it to her -

Once she marks her O and passes it back..

Right on the top of the paper.. " If I win, you go with me to see (movie) on friday " - then mark your X - pass it back to her and try to win.

That shit got me laid like bedspreads in school

Now that is something I had never heard before... If only I could turn back time and go back to school...

Seriously, though, I think this one deserves a shot.

Not too sure what that means man, but give it a shot. Being good with women is all about being creative.
