I met this HB while out sarging. We had an instadate, I number closed, we had a good day 2 and for our next date she invited me over to her place and cooked me dinner. While we were eating the talk turned to plastic surgery (I had used the plastic surgery opener on her) She admitted to me “in the interest of full disclosure” that she has had some work done. I asked her if she was comfortable sharing what she had done, and she told me the story. When she was 24 her grandmother died from breast cancer and left her a large inheritance. Her mother, cousin and aunt had also died from breast cancer. They all had the breast cancer gene (the one that Angelina Jolie had) and HB found out she had it too. She donated some of the money to charity, moved into a plastic surgery recovery/retreat center, lost 100 pounds and had plastic surgery in several stages/operations:

-brow (forehead) lift
-upper/lower eyelid lift
-cheek implants
-chin implant
-lip implant
-nose job
-jaw reduction
-chin implant
-ear reduction/ears pinned back
-full body liposuction
-full body/face lift
-breast removal and reconstruction (due to having the breast cancer gene)
-butt implant
-full and total hysterectomy/ovary removal (again due to the breast cancer gene)
-vaginal/labiaplasty

She also had some non-surgical procedures done:

-full body/face laser hair removal (everything but the hair on her head and her eyebrows)
-full body laser skin resurfacing/scar removal
-permanent eyebrow shaping
-anal bleaching
-lasik eye surgery
-teeth straitening (braces)
-teeth filing down
-tooth implants
-teeth whitening

She had all of this done over a period of 8 months and lived at the center for a total of 12 months. At the age of 25 she moved out of the center and into the place she has now and got the job she has now. It’s almost 4 years and she hasn’t had any more plastic surgery or touch ups done, and she doesn’t plan on getting anything every again unless it is to fix or touch up something that she’s already had done. She also had counseling when she lived at the center.

Needless to say I was completely shocked when I found out the amount of work she had done. She showed me a picture of her before she had the surgery it’s like night and day. Before I wouldn’t have put her anywhere on the HB scale (not even a 1) Now she’s one of the hottest girls I have ever seen. I asked to see her naked and she obliged. Nothing about her looks fake, the scars are so light I could only see them under a blindingly bright light and she had to point them out. Her breasts are not kickballs, they are barely a “C” cup and they don’t feel fake (she let me feel them). She got dressed and we ended the night, as we both had work early the next day. There has been lots of KINO every time we have seen each other but I didn’t jump on her when I saw her naked because she asked me not to and because I didn’t want to destroy then comfort she had with me.

Before I left we kissed and she said she understood that I needed to think about things and if I never called her again she would understand. She isn’t a allow bimbo. She teaches special needs children for her job. She is kind of shy and before the surgery she got a Master’s degree, she’s a member of MENSA, is active with charities (cancer society, animal shelter etc) and wants to adopt children with disabilities and medical conditions one day. And after I approached her she smiled at me and said it takes guts for a guy to cold-approach a girl, she really respects that and wishes all other women did too. She is what I want in a girl, but ever since she told me about the plastic surgery I find myself having second thoughts. One of the first things that attracted me to her was what a natural girl she was and how she didn’t wear or own makeup and act high maintenance. Now that I found out she basically bought her looks it doesn’t feel the same. I’m not sure if I’m still getting over the shock or if I am actually no longer attracted to her. So my question to all my fellow PUAs is: Would you ever date (for a relationship, not just a lay) a girl who has had lots of plastic surgery?

Well sounds like she's a good person. It also sounds like she has low self-esteem. I will say that the fact she grew up ugly may give her some humblness that most very attractive women are absent of. But that's your call man. I think you need to talk to her about it more. It sounds like she had the chance to take a new lease on life and did it. I completely understand the breast surgeries. And it may be one of those things where she got talked into the full make over. I'm a pretty humble person myself. I also think if I were born ugly, I may not actively look into plastic surgery. But given her health reasons I can see why she landed in the office or Dr. Niptuck. I could see if I landed in that office for health reasons, why I may opt to have the full makeover too, given I had the money to spare.

Point being, with the information you gave. I can understand why she did it, and may not make her someone I'd fork, neck, curb.

Thanks for the reply man, it is appreciated.

She is very genuine, humble and down to earth. It seems to me like she had low self esteem before, but I don't get that sense from her now. She did have therapy for a year of therapy while she was living at the center, so she did work on herself mentally. If you saw the before picture of her you would understand why she had low self esteem. Not be rude but it was pretty terrible.

I wouldn't care. Don't know why you would need/want anal bleaching and i'd rather not know why for that matter.

It's not a big deal. The only big deal is if she's actually addicted to it and goes in for surgery every couple of months, that would be the deal breaker for me. Otherwise I just wouldn't give a damn. Why would you? She's hot now, that's not going to change any time soon and she has the money to fix the stuff that needs attention every ten years or so.

She was definitely 100% born a woman. I wouldn't even be asking this question if she wasn't, I would have turned run as fast as I could if that was the case.

Part of me knows I am being a hypocrite because when she showed me the before picture I honestly thought to myself that even if I was a wing for my best mates in the world and she was a friend of his target there was NO way in hell I would engage her. I would have chopped off my own d1ck rather than lay her. Not trying to be rude but it was that bad. She is a natural beauty now (doesn't even wear makeup) but since that beauty was bought part of me feels like it doesn't really count.

I'd hit it without provocation or judgment. And god bless modern medicine.

I have met many women, who that through physical training, have completely re-sculpted their bodies.
The problem is, breasts being highly dense in fat, shrink shrivel, and sag VERY quickly.

I watched (trained/fucked) a very hot MILF go from a large firm C down to pennies hanging in a sandwich bag.

Many opt to correct this with implants. And have given me not a single reason to complain after.

I dunno... I wouldn't engage an ugly or fat chick unless it was purely friendly. Nothing bad about that!

Not that I don't agree about the looks being a necessity. But you're asking about dating this girl not laying her. I think you will be doing yourself a great favor by looking at her inner beauty more so than her outer appearances. She has probably always been a beautiful person on the inside. Just look at it from that point of view. Her beauty wasn't bought... her vanity was... just like makeup and nice clothes.
