What does this question mean? I had a girl ask me this a couple days ago (right before sleeping with her). It was a girl I had wanted to date at the very beginning of my getting into this sort of thing (about a year and a half to two years ago), but who I don't look at as high enough quality to date now after I've gotten so much better with women. We fucked back then, but she dropped me for being too needy. Does it mean she feels my game is strong? Does it mean she feels she could see through it? I've had a few girls mention things like this - including my ex. |

Frankly, it doesn't matter what she thinks at this point. You've gotten this far with her so apparently you have good game, but you were exhibiting signs of being a pick-up artist. This seems like a "shit test" with her anti-slut defense kicking in, right before she gets into the sack with you, looking for a reason not go forward with this. The best thing to do is use my favorite ingredient of "playful-humor." For examples: "I should be asking you the same thing, you managed to get me naked...you playaaa." "Do I have a sticker on my forehead that said 'pickup artist'?" |

Does it really matter? Women find it sexy and they love the compliment. I've been described as a "Hunter" and women always get a kick out of it. They love that they're being pursued, seduced and someone is going to the effort of singling them out and taking special notice of them to hunt them. They love it and it makes their friends jealous because if they can see that they know you can get women and you chose her they're jealous that it wasn't them that was chosen. Hunters/PUAs/Seduction Artists are a different breed from average men altogether. We're different, we're fun and it's a compliment to women just as long as they haven't been listening too intently to all this feminist crap that's all over the web these days. Seduction is sexy. |

Now, here's a thaught: When can you consider yourself to be a pick-up artist? Hackers say you are a hacker if at least two reputed member of the comunity call you an hacker. But what about PUA? |

I have a slightly different opinion. You are a PUA as long as you are learning and using new PUA-techniques, AND approaching women frequently, just for the sake of pickup and getting laid. If a woman asks whether you are PUA, your game is too obvious, with a risk of being a try-hard. This process (being a PUA) goes on until you become a natural, which in my opinion is the "master rank" so to speak. You are a PUA as soon as you learn your first technique, and therefore it is equivalent to being a newbie/rookie. When you get good enough, you will stop calling yourself a PUA, because you realize that all it is, is a big fat DLV. When you learn game to perfection, becoming a natural, you can stand next to a girl, looking at some guy doing his PUA-stuff, shaking your head saying "look at that poor guy, trying so hard to learn how to deal with women", and suddenly you have demonstrated higher value. MUCH higher value! Like a boss. |

I disagree. If that's the case any scrub can say they're a PUA from day one. What you've described is a PUA in training. This process (being a PUA) goes on until you become a natural, which in my opinion is the "master rank" so to speak. You are a PUA as soon as you learn your first technique, and therefore it is equivalent to being a newbie/rookie. MUCH higher value! Like a boss. I'm not a PUA but i've been described as a hunter and more often a huge flirt(Previously at least -- I wouldn't close, it was my major fear). I don't know if I would describe myself as a PUA even if I was considered one or became a master of it but who knows, it's a learning process. I think when you first get into it it's a title you aspire to have but after you realise a few truths you unwind from it a bit. |

"No, I suck with girls. I'm really shy." Escalate some more. Quit over thinking shit. |

Well, I like the "learning process" thing hugge wrote, but I also don't think It's accurate. I mean, the word "artist" in pick-up artist implies that you have already achieved excellence in what you do. Everyone can throw a bit of ink at a canvas, but only a true genious like DaVinci or Caravaggio can be considered an artist. Sheer number alone won't cut it either. If you hit on 100 girls and fuck 20 you get a 20% success rate, whereas a guy that only hits on 10 girls but fucks 9 has a 90% success rate and is, therefor, a better PUA, even though you fucked more girls. But then again, to have a higher success percentage, you only have to lower your standards. 1 out of 10 model type girls would agree to go out with you, but 9 out of 10 ugly ass acne covered fatties would go out with you, giving you an artificially high success rate. God, now my head hurts... |

God, now my head hurts... Who gives a fuck about what your "success rate" is? Don't fuck girls because you want the ability to text your buddies saying you fucked a girl... Fuck girls because you're a dude that wants to have sex. Your "percentage" doesn't matter. If you want to be successful, this is a terrible way of thinking about it. Before you even go out, you are already attaching some type of outcome dependance on approaching a girl. Don't do that. |

"Yes...my cock is my brush, and your body is my canvas." I've been called: A caveman A woman-prowler A dirty slut with a heart of gold They love to know that guys with options find them attractive and put in the effort to get with them. It's a huge compliment to them. |

No argue with that. I was just dissertating from a theoretical point of view. |
