Post subject:  How often do I contact a girl between dates?
Had a fun first "date" with girl, texted her a couple days later (Tuesday) and planned to meet Sunday. Should I be texting/calling her a little to build attraction/comfort... or not contacting her to avoid seeming needy?

keep it very limited. maybe text a witty line and spark things up a lil bit... but cut the convo off once things start going making her want more. Don't have a 2 hour late night phone convo with her!!!!

If the right situations comes up, like "I was reminded of you today by this cat in the alley..." do so. Overall, the attitude should be coming from light and fun in everything you do.

As Brandon said above, avoid any long phone calls unless you guys established the relationship as either just friends or relationship.

I try not to set up a date for more than two or three days after I make the phone call. This prevents all this from happening. But one call on a thursday night should be all thats necessary.

Sure ideally, but... well her initial schtick was that she has three jobs and works 6 days a week. Now however... this chick is either flakey or complicated. So yeah, we had that date set up for Sunday and she ended up telling me she was sick, but would "make it up" to me. So I said I'd be free Tuesday or Thursday this week and she said she might come out for something I do regularly on Wednesday... then tonight she told me she's still sick.

Not sure if she's actually sick or just flaking, but either way making plans with her is pretty much a crapshoot. :(

The one we had planned for Sunday was a date, was going to take her to a festival. Had even confirmed it that morning...

Kind of backed off really at this point, only replied to texts... she posted on Facebook that her basement flooded yesterday so I offered to help (or go skinny dipping) and we chatted for a couple minutes but that was it. Texted her an hour ago to see if she wants to grab a drink tonight but haven't heard back yet. Either she's got too much crap going on or she's just not into me. Oh well...

Just wait it out bro. Don't text her again. Some girls will do that just because they want to test you and see if they you are going to show your true colors and be a needy bitch. Patience is key. If you've got a bunch of other girls in your phone, hit them up too.
