Post subject:  Saying "I love you" and not meaning it
So I'm seeing this girl (not officially together) and she's said "I love you" a couple times, jokingly. She sent me a random text saying the same thing. Not "lol," just "I love you." I didn't see the text until an hour later, do she sent another that said "or not."

I'm honestly not sure if she means it or not at this point. Has anyone else experienced this? Not sure what to make of it.

They are just words... I tell girls I love them all the time. Do I necessarily mean it? Sure. But I love lots of girls :)

Don't over think it man...

I have a rule I never tell a girl I love her unless I truly do..... but it's your choice. I would reply with "yes I love me too"

Or "of course you love me, I'm awesome!"

Anyway, if she said it first you should probably take the cue and say you love her back. At least that's what I would do.
