I realized my problem this morning. I was laying in bed and thinking about getting back into the game and I got nervous about starting to approach again. Last time I was single I was killing it but when i started thinking about it I realize that I didn't have to approach much BC of where I was in my life at the time. I had women everywhere so I didn't have to meet them. Turns out that even though I can say I want whoever I want and can almost always get them I am locked into the social circle and now sad to say I do not have those connections to that many girls. Any advice how I can get my inner game to help my outer approach anxiety? |

Mystery says its like a pool. If u jump in u won't b cold long but if u dip ur feet in the water u will b cold for a longer time |

Im serious though. I am in the middle of a breakup and I am really trying to get my inner game back. I am confused about being single again and a bit nervous. My ex is doing her thing now too and I am just having some tough times getting my head straight. I know I should probably be getting my head straight before I go after anyone new anyways so I guess that is why I am focusing on inner game. |

There really is no secret other than hypnosis that can cure u of anxiety in this situation even the best puas in the worls have approach anxiety. Like I said the best way to get over it is to jump in head first so as not to feel it as long |

Last time I had a breakup, for the first month or so PU seemed like it was making me feel worse, but really, it was my ex doing that. I started ignoring her communications and picked up some super-hot chicks, and boy did I feel a hundred times better. |
