Ok, I've got two coworkers that I work with, in different departments. One is a local who moved back to town from out of state after college for money reasons, the other is a Russian intern.

Both of them have given me several IOIs - eye contact, flirting behavior

The local told me that she "wasn't high maintenance", made sure I had her phone number, etc, and yesterday made it clear to me that she was open to sexual experimentation.

The Russian, who isn't the best at English (but competent) has grasped at whatever straw that she could to flirt with me. She even complimented my salad (I make salads at work) - "You eat that big salad EVERY DAY? Woooooow" - think of this in like a sort of amazement voice, and you've got what my coworker sounded like.

Now, I realize I can fuck either, and I'm more or less necessary at this job, and don't really want it past two more months anyway (been there two years), so personally I'd prefer to try to sleep with both of them. Preferably at the same time, if possible (local said she was open to bisexual stuff, and I THINK Russian would be down too, but I haven't talked to her about it).

Should I game them separately, and then bring them together? I was thinking of getting drinks with local near my apartment, and inviting Russian to go dancing (she's into salsa dancing). How do I do harem maintenance here to ensure that they don't get attached/get the wrong idea?

Should I instead game them at the same time on the same night without having fucked either? I'm not sure what method will work for optimal effectiveness. I could see how inviting them both out for drinks, and then back to my place together might work out. Maybe.

I should note - they don't really know each other/work with each other. Russian has only worked for the company for maybe a month. Local has worked for about a year and a half there.

Is this a scenario that will just blow up in my face?

Lol, I approached two of my coworkers (we got another Russian intern) at the same time, invited them out together.

It was obviously contrived and I was nervous (first time attempting to make plans with someone from work).

The one (the cuter one) asked for the address of the place I was trying to get them to go to.

I should have been waaaaaay more smooth.

I walk out of their office, and I hear them start laughing very hard, and chattering in Russian. I imagine it was something like, "Awww, he's trying to be ballsy, but you can tell that he was scared of doing that!" probably combined with not actually planning on doing it - though the hot one DID say she was free.

I need to work on being smoother in a situation where I'm uncomfortable.

Haha, indeed.

My one coworker (the hot one) seemed ok with it because I assume she feels I was asking her out. The other girl is far less attractive than her. The less attractive one had very much of a, "this is not legit" reaction to it all.

My reaction is basically going to be, "Yeah, I mucked that up and you both know it, but it was HILARIOUS". I'll laugh everytime I see one of them in the hall.

And they just walked down my office hallway chattering again. I LOVE it. This is very amusing to me. It's always nice when you don't actually care about the girl's response, because you've got multiple others lined up.

It was a good warm-up set too, as I doubt they'll talk to the others in my office about it.

I know, I didn't do any follow-up for hanging out with either of the two this weekend. I should have. Was going to today, but didn't see a good option to do so.

The other hot one that I haven't approached yet was definitely giving me the fuck me eyes today. Part of it is just the fact that I need to move to a new apartment. My current roommate has trash everywhere, and is now letting cats shit all over the floor. It isn't an environment conducive to bringing a girl back, and it ruins my desire to close.
