So I went out with a girl the other night and it went great but when it came to this question I was lost for words. Wasn't sure if she was after the "you are sexy as hell" or if she wanted something more meaningful like "I think you have a great character about you".

Anybody got an answer that could apply to pretty much any woman and satisfy them?

I like hellhounds warm read answer but you can also give her the mysterious work in progress answer implying great potential and nebulous and amorphous qualities.

More importantly is what not to say, dont give her some line of unqualified compliments or an "I dunno"

answer one leads to being seen as a pushover answer 2 makes you look like unselective

What if she compliments you first? I had this come up with my girl and she was like " u are decisive and smart" and I said she was flexible and thoughtful

Whenever a girl compliments you, there is a lot you can say, the AFC answer is always to return the complement as fast and as strongly as possible, this is the worst thing you can do
