So I met another girl (quick day chance meeting in a store)...yawn I know but, I opened well, good banter, time for the number close, I wasn't able to get a number however, she gave me an email WTF?!?

So we have been emailing (spotty) Tried to get the number again, she admitted she is in a LDR some 200 miles away (Know I understand the reluctance) No biggie I'll get it. She said some shit about being friends, 'nothing wrong with having a good looking man as a friend' crap.

Last email she asked about my weekend and what not, I asked about hers in return..bla, bla, bla.

At the end though, I said 'If you want to be friends, you have to play the pantie game, ALL my cool friends do'

Food for thought, it is always better to find a way to make her want your number than it is to ask for her number and get rejected.

from the moment he said: she gave me an email, i knew she was in some sort of relationship. You know, when in a relationship, but still fishing around, its dangerous to give your number away. Although email is not the best medium (and i really hate 'online/text/facebook whatever thing they call gaming except real life') but sometimes you just gotta work with what you get :-).

She has asked twice what you do and she suggests in her emails she is dirt poor. If you want this one be prepared to shell out some dollars. Sounds like she's in it for the money b/c amateur paintings, selling antiques (and whatever else that makes money) and baby sitting elderly likely doesn't pay much.

You also aren't taking a very good approach to her interests. She is interested in art, antiques, and caring for old people who lose their memory. You can expand on that and stop asking stupid shit like is she a good kisser.

All girls ask you what you do. I don't give out much info on that. So no I won't be shelling out dollars. I'm not going to marry her.

I did expand on the elderly thing a little. Perhaps I'll do the same with art. So thanks for that.

I also agree the kissing thing would have worked better in person, as it has many times before, jumped the gun on that one.

pure objectively, i disagree here. If what is going is correct or not, i ll leave that in the middle. But your deducting skills are quite blunt. She never suggested that she is dirt poor. she suggests that she is a busy woman to get an income. I know a model who is also a make-up artist and a direct-sales woman. The reason why she does all that is because she likes it and you can be damned sure that she earns her own good cash.

You also say that she is probally in it for the cash, but nowhere has heywood suggested that he is loaded. And lets be honest here, if you see a dollar on the street lying next to a pile of gold, are you really going to stoop for the dollar?

And one more thing: why change a winning strategy and expand on other stuff? She seems to be responding well to stupid questions. Besides, you make good deep connecting conversations with your mouth, not your fingers.
