Have you ever heard the saying "if you love someone, let her go"? It was said by a loser and used by losers ever since. If you really believe she is the one, fight for her 'till the end.

There are quite a few threads on how to deal with girls with boyfriends, read them and plan your moves carefully. No basic game tactics, this kind of situation requires precise planing, a careful touch and quite a bit of manipulation.

My advice, get close to them, and don't be afraid to be friendzoned, but make sure to surpass her boyfriend in every possible way. Wait until things go south (tip them over the edge if you think you have room to manipulate them and get away with it) and be there for the girl. There's this beautiful creature at work, who I can't really avoid seeing, and we chat a lot, and she gives me plenty of iois etc..but she has a boyfriend, who I don't think she'd cheat on, nor would I want to make her. But I just can't get her out of my head. I've tried concentrating on other girls but I just can't seem to shake her. So basically I want to get over her. Any strategies?

there are several ways to deal with oneitis, personally i dont recommend gaming a oneitis if she has a boyfriend because if she turns you down then you'll feel worse. the easiest ways are: one would be to cut her off, as you work with her talk to her only on a business level not a personal level, think of her only with her flaws, if she has a pretty face think of her bad teeth or bad breath, the more you build her up the more the oneitis will strengthen.

Don't take advice from guys who've been in the community a month and emphasize one-itis as love... One-itis is nothing more than an infatuation for a woman you don't have... NOT love... obsessions and infatuations are not love. There are millions of single sexy women out there...my suggestion is you go find some... Solving one-itis is very difficult because the key to eliminating it are 2 things: Forgetting about her by not spending time with her(which you can't do). Going out and meeting other women or GFTOW (Go Fuck Ten Other Women). Time is the most effective cure for oneitis. Meanwhile, go out with other women. It'll go away man, I promise.

Look up how to get rid of an addiction. The cure for oneitis is to get your head busy with other things. Work, school, hobbies, whatever. I got rid of mine- which was a pretty bad one, once one of my exs and I broke up- and it was just what I needed. Get into new things: look up some hobbies, some community classes, volunteer somewhere. This will also give you a chance to meet new people. Fucking women right away didn't help me- had sex with 7 new girls in about 5 weeks, but it was still iffy.
