I'm not sure where to start, so I'll give a brief history to save boring you. I'm early thirties, slightly overweight, not bad looking, have been single for almost 6 years, that was also the last time I had sex. I don't want to go into details but I've been suffering from depression for the last 4 years due to another health issue. This has been successfully treated. I think this is where I have lost all my confidence (and put weight on) with females. I seem to get instantly friend zoned by any girls I meet. I have a few girl mates, they all say (to my face) that I'm funny, good looking, can't understand why I'm single etc. I am quite fussy, but you can't help you way are can you? I meet girls, but I am so self conscious (because I hate the way I look) that when I talk to them I instantly write off the fact I may have a chance with them. How can I change this mindset? |

Fake it til you make it. Start hitting the gym a little at a time, dress yourself up properly, stand tall and proud and just give off a positive vibe. Think positive, act positive and you will be perceived as positive bud. It is not a mindset you have naturally, so you have to make it. Will take you out of your comfort zone but that shit is fun. |

Hit the gym, get a sweet hair cut, buy some sexy clothes. Won't happen overnight but you have to beat that mindset. Put the effort in. If you think you are overweight then you have to lose that weight, goes without saying. |
