Of course, not a lot of guys can do this, and you'll be more alert and forced to get good. Think of it like survival instinct. You'll do anything to survive if put in dangerous territory instead of staying in comfort zone.2. What are some ways to pick yourself up if negative social proof builds? Doesn't matter and make no difference. I go out alone all the time in fact I prefer it. I just straight-out tell the girl I'm alone...and even go into a discussion how people have solo-stigma afraid to go out by themselves...and ask why she thinks that?
3. What else do I need to know if I go out alone?
Don't let solo-stigma take you over. That's your biggest enemy and ill affect your performance. What I do is visualize my imaginary friend with me by myself
