So I'm trying the no fap phase to see how it effects my game. I've been reading other post and they felt better and got more results when sharging and whatnot.

Now my question is to the people who have done this. How do you overcome the sudden urge to fap and/or watch porn for weeks? How do you keep your mind off it?

I will try this also! I know its going to be hard but i will try AT LEAST 30 days, and see what t does for me.

I think the no fap thing is all in your head. I had this theory, which was the opposite. I hypothesized that if you fap a lot, it's the same for your body as if you had real sex. So I thought, if I had lots of sex, I would naturally be better with women. It's a biological thing. Then I did an experiment. I fapped before I went sarging. I number closed. To be honest, I don't see any relation between fapping and no fapping and game.

The only advantage of not fapping in my opinion is if you were a fighter and a big match is coming up. If you didn't fap for two weeks, it will make you more aggressive. At least, in my experience.

So today is my 11th day without fapping and porn. I have to say that the first 5 days where really hard. When i had nothing to do i got horny all the time. But after 1 week it was okay. I didnt feel anything. Today im really thinking about giving up. Not because i cant hold back anymore, but because i dont really feel any better yet.
